Manufacturing Overview

From Raw Castings to Finished Components

Sachdeva Engineers works with approved casting and material suppliers and manages the subsequent machining, drilling, tapping, finishing, washing, inspection, assembly and packing stages through defined production processes.

Each component is reviewed according to its application, critical dimensions, manufacturing sequence and agreed customer requirements.

Castings and selected raw inputs are sourced from approved external suppliers. SACH controls the downstream machining, inspection, assembly, identification and packing processes.
Defined production sequences
Application-specific inspection
Batch identification controls
Protective export packing
Production Process

Controlled Stages from Incoming Inspection to Dispatch

The exact process varies by component, but each product follows an approved sequence covering production, inspection and final release.

STEP 01

Approved Inputs

Castings, raw components and purchased inputs are sourced through approved suppliers.

STEP 02

Incoming Inspection

Visual condition, critical input features and applicable material requirements are reviewed before release.

STEP 03

Cutting & Preparation

Components are prepared for machining according to the required operation, fixture and production sequence.

STEP 04

CNC & VMC Machining

Critical faces, bores, profiles, sealing areas and mounting interfaces are machined under defined settings.

STEP 05

Drilling & Tapping

Holes, threads and secondary features are completed according to applicable drawings or approved samples.

STEP 06

Washing & Deburring

Machined components are cleaned and deburred before inspection or assembly.

STEP 07

Dimensional Inspection

Applicable dimensions, bores, threads, surfaces and interfaces are verified using calibrated instruments.

STEP 08

Assembly & Functional Checks

Assembly and application-specific functional or movement checks are completed where required.

STEP 09

Identification & Dispatch

Approved products are identified, counted, protected, packed and released with the agreed documentation.

Process Control & Traceability

Structured Controls Across Manufacturing Batches

Component information, process requirements, inspection stages and packing details are reviewed throughout the order cycle.

01 Drawing or Sample Control Manufacturing is based on available drawings, approved samples or agreed technical references.
02 Process Sheets Operations and stage requirements are defined for the applicable component.
03 Stage Inspection Critical characteristics are reviewed during selected manufacturing stages.
04 Batch Identification Product and packing information is maintained according to the order and batch requirements.
05 Final Acceptance Components are released after applicable inspection, counting and packing verification.
Documentation Support

Inspection and Production Documentation by Agreement

Documentation requirements should be agreed at quotation or purchase-order stage so the relevant records can be prepared during production.

01

Dimensional Reports

Selected dimensional results can be recorded against agreed characteristics.

02

Inspection Records

Product-specific inspection records can be prepared where agreed.

03

Material Documents

Material-related documentation may be provided subject to supplier availability and prior agreement.

04

Functional Test Records

Applicable test records can be supplied for components with agreed functional checks.
