Technical Support Before and After Supply
SACH supports professional buyers with product identification, technical clarification, order assistance, quality-claim review and after-sales communication for selected diesel-engine components and applications.
For faster identification, include the complete engine model, original reference, photographs, relevant dimensions and required quantity.Technical Assistance Built Around the Product
Diesel-engine components can differ according to engine version, production revision, bore, shaft size, mounting pattern, thread, casting number and equipment application. Reliable support therefore begins with accurate identification.
Our technical and commercial teams use the information supplied by the customer together with available product records, photographs, dimensions and reference data to help determine the appropriate next step.
This page explains what information to provide and where to direct different types of requests.

The Correct Part Starts with the Correct Reference
Visually similar engine components can differ substantially in functional dimensions and mounting details. A model name alone may not always be enough.
Providing multiple forms of identification improves the likelihood of selecting the correct component before order confirmation.
Engine Model
Send the full model and specification information visible on the engine nameplate.
Original Reference
Share the OEM, catalogue, casting or stamped reference where available.
Photographs
Clear images from multiple angles help compare mounting and external features.
Critical Dimensions
Bore, shaft, hole spacing, thread and mounting dimensions may be needed for confirmation.
What Information Should You Send?
A complete technical request reduces back-and-forth communication and helps us identify the relevant product or next action more quickly.
Product & Engine
Product description, engine model and known reference number.
Photographs
Clear images of the component, markings, mounting surfaces and relevant details.
Dimensions
Relevant measurements where visual identification alone is insufficient.
Commercial Requirement
Required quantity, destination country and timing where known.
If Something Is Not Working as Expected
When reporting a suspected quality or functional issue, describe the problem clearly and provide evidence that allows our team to understand the actual operating condition.
Product claims are reviewed according to the available evidence, supplied specification, component condition and applicable order terms.

Can you identify a part from photographs?
Photographs can often assist with identification, especially when combined with the engine model, reference number and relevant dimensions.
What if I do not know the OEM reference?
Send the complete engine model, photographs, markings and dimensions available. We will review whether the component can be identified from the supplied information.
Can you help verify compatibility before I order?
Yes. Where sufficient technical information is available, we can assist with product comparison and compatibility review before commercial confirmation.
Can you manufacture from a sample or drawing?
Suitable physical samples, drawings and dimensional information can be reviewed to assess manufacturing feasibility for relevant product categories.
How should I report a product that is not working?
Send the order reference, affected quantity, engine details, photographs and a video showing the issue in the actual application where relevant.
Should I return a claimed product immediately?
No. Do not return goods until SACH has reviewed the claim and provided written instructions or authorization.
Do you provide support for export orders?
Yes. Commercial support can include quotation clarification, product-list review, packing, documentation and shipment coordination according to the agreed order terms.
Need Help Identifying or Reviewing an Engine Part?
Send the engine model, original reference, photographs, dimensions, quantity and destination. Our team will review the information and guide you toward the appropriate next step.
Technical guidance is based on the information available at the time of review. Final compatibility remains dependent on the exact engine version, application, dimensions and component specification. Where identification is uncertain, additional measurements or a physical sample may be required.
